My Photo/Watercolor/Merge designs combine photography and traditional watercolor to create truly one-of-a-kind keepsakes. The process begins with a photo—sometimes of a beloved bird, pet, place, or special memory. I then paint a physical watercolor inspired by that photo. Finally, the two images are carefully blended together, layer by layer, until the photograph and painting merge into a seamless, dreamlike work of art. The result is both familiar and new: part photograph, part painting, and fully unique.
